Excellent staff. Knowledgeable and friendly. The only negative was the elevator being out of service for state mandated maintenance.

Met expectations Booking, confirmation, and check in were a breeze. Staff at the property were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I was relieved that “grab and go” breakfast included oatmeal, not just cellophane wrapped sweets. The room had comfortable enough beds, new or newish paint and floors. I enjoyed staying there. This is my second time, but the elevator still doesn’t work and I was on the third floor, which was kind of hard.

The elevator was broken but the lady at the front who checked me in (checked in during the late evening) was amazing!!! She was kind, encouraging, and very sweet. Very accomodating. 1st room was a smokers room. Can't stand cigarette smell. Went back to desk they immediately assigned another non-smoking room. Clean. Elevator not working.

Room definitely had previously been smoked in. For a non smoker it was strong. Room was clean and slept well
Ok stay It was about what we expected. Hotel is in need of some updates and hallways smelled. But room was fine.
