When we arrived the young lady at the desk when we checked in was not very pleasant to deal with. I was informed that the elevator was not working. I asked for a room on the first floor, I explained that I can’t climb stairs because of a back injury. She said there was none available. Elevator doesn't work. Empty soda bottle in middle of staircase for 3 days and a wet floor sign there but not wet. Beds are noisy??

Very minimal breakfast. Elevator was broke and phone in the room did not work.

Elevator NOT working. Stained hallway carpet ... not impressed!

Location of hotel is nice and close to shopping and restaurants. Seems a bit run down but we were there just to sleep so it didn't affect our stay.
