The one person I want to point out is Charles. He was the night desk clerk. My wife was there for more than a month and his service was always excellent, friendly and compassionate. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was pleasant and even dug me out of a parking spot after a snow storm. I thanked him personally and I hope he receives praise from the company.

The problem I encountered was I went to bed at 8:30pm and was woke up at 11:15 pm with someone tv blasting until 1:15am in the morning. Also there was a laughter and talking out load and screaming.

It was a kitchenette i loved that. A tub and no carpet which i loved
