Get what you pay for OK room for the price. Internet was very slow, had to pay for the upgrade for any type of adequate connection for work, which also was a hassle. Had to call tech support & remain on hold forever. Front desk help was very little help at all. One desk person told me when I checked in that there was an Ice machine in the vending area....there was not any Ice machines on the premesis.

check in time The room was not ready for check in. It was an hour later when the room was ready

Overnight stay. Had a non smoking room, but it did have a smoke smell. The TV was also small.

Better off sleeping in your truck Room was very unclean, bath sink,vanity,bath tub, covered with hair, two nigts no clean towels second day. Bed was hard & lumpy. TV small and out of date. Clean it up and up-date it or get out of the business.

Bad Experience This is the second time that I stayed in this hotel. The first time wasn't that bad but this last time was a horrific experience. The fire alarm went off twice. They could smell smoke but could not find a fire. It was 12 o clock at night. Then I had neighbors who wanted to turn the TV up to full volume all night long. Called guest services to complain but no help. This went on for 2 nights. Not Impressed I think it was a little pricy for wha you got. Online it looked much better.
