one word...filthy! I stayed in a non smoking room. When I walked in there was a stench, not smoke, but just dirty smell. I tried to give my son a bath but there was dirt and hair in the tub and I had to clean it before I could stick him in it. The towels were stained brown. There's no shampoo, conditioner or blow dryer. When I got in bed there were brown stains all over the comforter. Small room, smelly hoel Check-In time was for 3 o'clock. Room was not available until after 3:45. While in the lobby I heard of another guest complaining about rooms bot being ready. Hotel smelled of cigarettes also. Lady at front desk displayed poor customer service. Probably will never stay in this hotel again.

Creepy Came back to the room at about 10:30pm to find an ab roller on the floor right when we walked in and both windows wide open. Nothing was taken, just creeped us out.

disappointed I booked this hotel 2 weeks in advance and paid in full and when I got there I couldn't even check in because there was no attendant at the front desk only a sign saying to use the telephone they had there and call 611 for assistance the phone went to a recording asking if I needed to book a room so needless to say I had to go somewhere else and pay $70 for a room so I would have somewhere to stay I will never ever book this hotel again I have never been to hotel and there is no one working at the front desk

Took an hour to get checked in I booked & prepaid for my room hoping I could get in my room faster. After arriving at hotel there was 1 person with dog already being checked in. I waited & waited. Another worker offered to check me in since I already done the paperwork & paid online. The rude staffer checking in the only other person in the lobby bit her head off for offering so instead of being checked in I sat & waited for the rude staffer to finish talking about stupid stuff that didn't have anything to do with the hotel ... read more

the room was dirty....the bed linens were dirty...the pillows were very dirty and smelled very musty and old. the window was open and would not lock and I was on the bottom floor.

Ok hotel minus the clean linens Our bed sheets and bathroom were not clean, we called the front desk they told us to bring our sheets down and they would give usanother pair. An employee dressed in casual clothes came up and said they were short.Not happy with the cleaniless or service.
