Extended Stay - No Way! Let me list the problems: 1. We booked a King bed - was given two doubles. 2. No ice anywhere in the building. None. No ice maker - who doesn’t have ice machine? 3. No coffeemaker, utensils, cookware, cups - anything in room. Extended stay with empty room? 4. None of the usual complementary items in room - no coffee, no conditioner. Only one shampoo.

Ok, kitchenette is neat, but rooms old and stink It's nice the rooms have a kitchenette and a full fridge, that's awesome. But the rooms are old and smell nasty. It needs a facelift, but the hotel probably knows it's not worth putting much money into the place, so they're just soaking up as much as they can right now from people who are looking for a decent, cheaper place. The problem for customers is that it is not a decent place. It smells nasty.

No Maintenance on Weekends We got a good price and the hotel was ok. It was a bit strange for an extended stay hotel to have nothing in the kitchen upon arrival. You have to ask for dishes, pans, coffeemaker, hairdryer, silverware. Do not stay if you expect anything for breakfast. When they say grab and go, they are not kidding, packaged muffiffins, granola bars and instant oatmeal, that's it. Room dirty. Dog must have been in it because you could smell the urine on the floor. Bedsheets had visible dirt on them. I would not stay here again. Staff was great though. Very nice staff. Fellow worker also had disappointing experience and left and went to another hotel. Definitely wouldn't pay to stay here again.

Could not get toilet paper. Thru out my stay I never asked for anything. But when I asked for toilet paper. Front desk person told me that they were out of paper. So I had to go buy my own toilet paper.

Disappointed I didn't care for this property at all, the room was really small, small bathroom and the television was leaning forward. Not a good experience at all. I will book someplace else next time I'm in OFallon IL.

Decent hotel by the highway Our stay was not horrible. On our second day, we found a bug in our room. I was convinced it was a roach but my room companion felt differently. We were not explained all of the amenities during check in but that was not a major issue. One hotel staff (Precious) was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! She was personable, pleasant and always helpful!

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED Since this review requires a rating in all categories; I have to go with terrible since I have no other knowledge of this property. Arrived at hotel only to find reservation had be cancelled. I was told this occurred because when I called to inquire why they had me down for a smoking room rather than non-smoking which I requested, I was speaking to central booking. When they transferred the requested change my reservation was cancelled altogether. What a ridiculous thing to have happen.
