You get what you pay for The lady at the front desk was extremely rude upon arrival and the lobby and hallways smelled awful. The room itself was clean and had the basic amenities. The walls were thin though, and I could hear several loud conversations happening around me. It was an ok room for one night but anything past that, I would have transferred to another hotel.
May not get what you request!! My reservation with Expedia was for two double beds and it said that I would have guaranteed late arrival. When I got there at 11:00, the front desk clerk said she didn't know if they had any rooms with two double beds available. Um, hello! I paid for one! They "found" a room for me, and when I went up to it, there was only one double bed! Now how am I supposed to fit my husband, myself, and two 7 year olds in one bed? Poor Service Leads The Way Fairly new building with poor service. Maid service never showed up. I had to bring old towels downstairs and have them audited before I could get more. Took a long time to get more. Room smelled like smoke but was listed as no smoking. No shampoo in room. Breakfast consists of a fiber bar and an apple. Room lighting had an irritating flourescent glow not usually associated with modern CFL's. Once again, really poor service with bad attitude from multiple employees.
Shabby The room was okay not very clean but ok
Get what you pay for OK room for the price. Internet was very slow, had to pay for the upgrade for any type of adequate connection for work, which also was a hassle. Had to call tech support & remain on hold forever. Front desk help was very little help at all. One desk person told me when I checked in that there was an Ice machine in the vending area....there was not any Ice machines on the premesis.
check in time The room was not ready for check in. It was an hour later when the room was ready
Overnight stay. Had a non smoking room, but it did have a smoke smell. The TV was also small.
