Booked thru expedia, saw pet friendly, was not aware that pets had to be pre-registered and after 1st night, when the 2 dogs were seen, we were told it would be another $700 for the 6 night stay over and above the $370. Checkd out after 1 night, was told would be refunded but have not seen the credit yet.

There some up dates that need to happen in the room and hallways, but other then that it was excellent place to stay. Staff was awesome, very clean hotel. Will visit again.

Worst experience Booked the hotel after 11 pm. Reached there in 15 minutes. Front door was locked, called the number given. Front desk staff said they have a policy of not allowing check in after 11 pm. I tried to reason with the guy and tell him time mentioned on hotels.com is 3pm-midnight. He said doesn’t matter, our company policy and website mentions 11 pm. We were exhausted after having driven almost for 4 hours- and I requested the guy multiple times, but to no avail.

I could not even get in. They informed me that there was no more room available after charging my card through a third party reservation center. I was informed of the no vacancies via outside phone and was sent away with no further explanation. This was a week ago and I have still not gotten my $62.56 refunded back to me as the General Manager is never available and appears to be the only person who can do refunds. I am very disappointed that I have to go through my bank for a refund for services that were never rendered.

I liked how clean the property was, and the kitchen was very cute. HOWEVER, I got charged $250 for smoking in the room when that didn’t happen. I’m still trying to figure out what’s going on and possibly get my fee waived.

Slum hotel!!! Upon first coming in, you will be begged to leave a 10 rating for them and I should of realized something was fishy with that but I went and did it anyway. Lily Anderson and the hotel manager seem friendly at first but are usually running around kicking out some guest for something rather minuscule. I stayed there for 3 weeks and saw many helpless couples and people kicked out of the hotel and left without anywhere to go, this hotel is hiatus!!! Stay away!
