Great front desk service The front desk clerk Jasmine was very kind and friendly. However I was expecting the hotel to be a little more cleaner. The bedsheets had cigarettes holes in it. It worked for what I had going on at the time. Im willing to come and stay again to give it another try.

Westport St. Louis The hotel is nice but the administration of it needs a change. Clerk at desk was slow and allowed a bunch of kids who didn't look like they were guest to be loud in the office area. Then got to the room and the bathroom door was locked! We called, the clerk didn't come, I found a pin to open it myself, called the desk and she was still there. No sense of urgency to book this hotel again.

Just right for the price All the staff were extremely friendly, greeting me right inside the door, which was so nice on such a dreary day! The room was basic, but clean. There was a bit of an odor inside the room, but I either became used to it, or it went away. The bed was comfortable, the wi-fi free, and the treadmill worked. Couldn't have asked for more. Oh, the only thing that was bothersome was the smell of smoke - apparently, smoking and non-smoking rooms are located on the same floor.

There weren't many choices in the area of St Louis where we were needing to stay. The hotel was satisfactory. The lobby area was being remodeled; messy. The room was clean and met our needs.
