Awesome stay My stay was awesome. The staff was great very personal and provided the information that was needed during my stay. The room was clean and up-to-date love the decor.

Reserved a room, got to the hotel, check in, swipe my card, all of that for the staff to tell me that they are overbooked and they do not have my room available to call and get a refund. They were supposed to tell me that before they took my money.,

Your perspective on this place definitely depends on your expectations; if they are relatively low, you’ll be fine. I’ve been to other Extended Stay America’s and this one doesn’t quite compare. Emilio checked us in, and was friendly, although the first red flag was when I couldn’t check our family in alone, my husband had to check in as well, and they took photo copies of our driver’s licenses (this has never happened to me before).
