Good Experience My family was traveling to the area for a family member funeral with our son that's in a wheelchair. We found the accessible room well equipped to handle his needs. Also,the kitchenette made it easy to prepare meals for his special diet. The front desk attendant Monica Hallowell, made our experience very pleasant with great customer service, and worked very hard to make our stay comfortable.

Not sure when extended stay decided to stop stocking even basics like water glasses in their rooms without contacting the desk and asking, but that's kind of a hassle. Staff was very nice to deal with. Oddly, the kitchen was arranged so anyone above average size would be essentially unable to open and reach into the fridge. Since this was a one-night stay, it was mostly amusing, but on a longer stay it would have been a real problem. (Of the two of us in the room, only one could use the fridge.)

Not a bad place for the money Hotel is very clean on the outside and the staff at the front desk were helpful. You need to know that there are no elevators in this hotel so be prepared to lug your things up flights of stairs. We were told that all of the rooms had been newly remodeled but they had not been totally remodeled as you could see water damage on the bathroom vanity. Ok if in need The front desk employe that was working on my arrival was great. Our door didn't shut easily it had to be slamed in order to shut

Unacceptable Booked and paid but got to Hotel only to find out they were sold out.
