Below average First room was dirty, and the second room didnt have a blanket.

When checking in the desk clerk was less than friendly. She was curt to someone on the phone. She never smiled or was pleasant. A sign in the elevator notified guests that water would be shut off for several hours due to repairs.

Could have been better Our hotel room was freeeeezing, the heat didn't work and the toilet kept running

Terrible Hotel, very dirty The hotel staff was rude and didn't tell me where breakfast was, vending machines or ice machines after I asked her. My bed had a yellow stain on the cover. There were bugs in the bathtub and the sink had rust in it. It was very rowdy in other rooms and I would hear everything due to the stained thin walls, in addition there were stains all over the carpet.

Worst We reserved a room with queen bed. When we arrived, they gave us a room with twin bed. We were given a room that wasnt cleaned and had bunch of trash. We were then given a room whose bathroom didnt work.

Mistake I wish I made the hotel reservation through the hotel and not Traviolacity. I had to leave the hotel after one night and I paid for 7 days. I slept with my cloth on. Not between the sheets. The only good thing was the recipition. She was professional. I checked out early in the morning. Couldn't cancel. That is the last time I do use Travelocity

I requested late check out with hotels.com, check in was fine, reaffirmed late check out. Check out time, it was as if late check out was not okay and there were calls to the room, knocks at door even though I confirmed late check out when reservation was completed and when I told the housekeeper, felt harassed and I will not go back to this hotel. Lastly, the room had water damage, with mildew in the bathroom ceiling. I will continue to use hotels.com, but not this hotel location.

Not staying again. The faucet on the ran all night in the tub, it smelled of mold and mildew in the room and the air conditioner heater unit did not work right. The fire alarm went off at 2 am the morning there was no fire.
