Poor hotel with no towels change, no coffee at the room, no pool, basically it's just a room that's all, also they didn't provide room cleaning service until you hold the room

Absolutely Disgusting Worst lodging experience in my 46 years. Room was filthy: Floors not vacuumed, bugs on the floor (alive and dead), toenails; dried food on kitchenette cabinets, curtain rod busted and hanging off wall; one outlet that worked and had a lamp plugged in; lamp had a bulb burned out; bathroom counter was dirty (but had clean towels). Extended Stay America Review The room was very nice, but we were disappointed in our stay. The room smelled extremely musty. The air conditioner made a very loud dripping noise like it was leaking water, and we had to turn it off. Also, the light right in front of the door flickered when we turned it on and made a loud buzzing sound.

Barely passable. Dirty kitchen, room smelled awful, not a single dish in the kitchen. Had to request everything. Continental breakfast was coffee and granola bars. And they didn't even have regular half and half. Only vanilla creamer. Staff was just shy of rude.

There are 2 Extended Stay America hotels within 3 blocks of each in the Westport area. This one is definitely the lower quality of the 2. lots of what appeared to be " locals" walking arond the parking lot when we arrived around 11 pm.

Pathetic Terrible place. Bad staff Dirty room Noisy hunkies and drugies everywhere Scary around that area

I didn't like it. I didn't like it. I booked for a Queen bed, but they didn't have it, so we stay in a room with 2 single beds.
