Will Not Be Back!! Room was clean but had a funny smell. Bed was very hard like sleeping on a board. Listing said bed was Queen size, but it was not a queen bed. It was long like a Queen but very narrow. Bedding was very light weight. Staff was not very helpful, it also took them forever to come to the front desk. Stair wells and elevator were dirty. It was mediocre The tv and one of the lights by the bed wasn't working when I first got into the room. I fixed the tv but the light never did work. The bathroom door was completely busted. Looks like someone punched it or was pushed into it. There was other people's hair all over the towels in the bathroom, good thing I brought my own. Room rates should've been lower for what I got.

"Flea bag hotel...it's really a thing!" Run, do not walk, run away!l. Room stank to the point I literally had to leave my Windows open with a fan ventillating it. Then, I had fleas jumping on me, which wasn't surprising given the fact the chair in the room had, at some point obviously been used as a scratching post by a cat. Good for a night but keep moving Older property that needs a face lift. Rooms are tired and not well maintained. Staff said a remodel is planned but that won't keep the dirty vents clean. For a night, maybe. Otherwise wouldn't do it again.

Welcomed by bed bugs At check in I was told the room reserved was not available due to overbooking and that I would have to have a room with twin beds. Eventually they put me in another room. That room had bed bugs. I was bit up and had an allergic reaction to the bites resulting in an ER visit. There was NO effort to find me another hotel at 2 AM. No effort to contact me to do anything to make it right. Absolutely the WORST hotel/motel stay in 30 years.

First impressions are lasting impressions. I can always tell about a hotel from the upkeep of the lobby. The "hotel lobby" mostly resembled a "motel" lobby. It was only a small waiting room.

Adequate location close to businesses Facility met basic needs for shelter, heated room, running water, refrigerator, cooking appliances, lighting, bed, chair and table, a television and an iron if needed. A coffee pot was available with coffee and a cup upon request. Being an extended stay facility, cookware and dinnerware should be provided. Plastic and paper picnic ware loosely placed in a dirty drawer, is not very appealing. Sadly, this facility does not quite make you feel comfortable or welcomed !

従業員の対応が悪い 他のエクステンデット ステイを数か所利用したことがありますが、対応してもらった従業員の態度は悪かった。愛想がないのはアメリカだからよしとしてアジア人をばかにしたような対応でした。エレベーターのさびれた感じ、駐車場にあるゴミはそのまま。朝食はシリアルバーとコーヒーが用意してあるだけでちゃんとしたものを期待してはいけません。
