Extended Stay America Review The room was very nice, but we were disappointed in our stay. The room smelled extremely musty. The air conditioner made a very loud dripping noise like it was leaking water, and we had to turn it off. Also, the light right in front of the door flickered when we turned it on and made a loud buzzing sound.

Barely passable. Dirty kitchen, room smelled awful, not a single dish in the kitchen. Had to request everything. Continental breakfast was coffee and granola bars. And they didn't even have regular half and half. Only vanilla creamer. Staff was just shy of rude.

There are 2 Extended Stay America hotels within 3 blocks of each in the Westport area. This one is definitely the lower quality of the 2. lots of what appeared to be " locals" walking arond the parking lot when we arrived around 11 pm.

I didn't like it. I didn't like it. I booked for a Queen bed, but they didn't have it, so we stay in a room with 2 single beds.

Very poor. The room stunk. There was not enough pillows. The curtain rod was broken off of the wall when we arrived. Did not really feel comfortable sleeping on the bed.

Unssafe feeling despite nice neighborhood I got in, and there were so many people milling around the parking lot (at midnight!) smoking, playing music, being loud. There was no clear front lobby office, so I had to wonder through dark corridors to find it. I felt very unsafe. The person at the desk was unfriendly and uninformative. The normal amenities weren't in the room (coffee maker, glasses,etc) I had to go out and get them! You don't know this until you get to the room and get settled. Horrible stay Was a bad stay, was in town b/c my dad was in the hospital in ICU, our first room's bed had bugs on it (not bed bugs, but lil bugs), the second room they moved us too, the smoke detector chirped every 30 seconds, had to change the battery, the wi-fi never worked, the guy on duty reaked of pot, in the morning when going to take a shower, found I couldn't because there was paper and tape shoved up into the spout and in the drain. Decent Decent, ok for the price. Could spend a few more dollars and get better accommodations.
