Not so great of a time.... Upon arrival noticed toilet woudlnt flush. Toilet was unable to be fixed during our stay. Instructed to manual flush! Dog hair all over chairs in room. At check out received free room at any Extended Stay in US. Will pay the extra money and get a better room at a better hotel next visit to Missouri.

As I went into the lobby ,I receive a poor welcome. The attended went behind a wall ,and was asking me questions from behind the wall as we yelling my information back and forward to each other while other customers in the lobby.After I receive my room card ,went to the room ,and it look like it was under construction ,has not been clean in the kitchen area. Everything is outdated. Was very disappointed in the bedding and furniture, noise level was extremely loud. I stayed two days and NEVER did a cleaning person even come to the door to see if needed anything. Poor quality

Saw this hotel was running a special the night needed to make an impromptu stay in St. Louis. The hotel room had dishes sitting outside of it in a basket. The bathroom sink was filthy and the tub was full of grime. I refused to take a shower in it. And the room was full of dust. I will never return to this establishment.

Do not stay here Booked online. Got there no rooms available. That's fine. The problem was the extremely rude worker behind the counter. I asked for a manager and she said it was her and I laughed. She then threated me. Worst hotel experience of my life. Place is a joke

Dump.waste time. Unorganized. Dirty.don't clean Tried 3 rooms to Find one that wasn't broken or had been cleaned. Line in office for other people having variety of similar problems. List an hour of my life carrying bags from room to room. Ridiculous poorly run. Manager must be on vacation. They tried to give me a smoking room because they ran out of my reserved room. Vomit. Looks like staff does not clean the smoking rooms. Gross.

Only if needed Emergency family visit. hotel met need for a place to rest, but anything to use the kitchen facilities was extra, and the room appeared to have been given only a cursory cleaning since the last guest was there. Price was the primary reason for selecting these accomodations.
