Could Be Better The kitchen plug was broken. There was hair in the tub. The toilet seat was loose. I will check the room next time before I unload my bags.

Horrible My Fiance and I stayed last night and had by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had. The computer system was "down" and the clerk had a mess of papers on the desk and was very unorganized and put us in a room which wasn't clean, then moved us to a room which was already occupied, finally put us in a "clean" room in which the toilet as malfunctioning and had pet fur on the white sheets in which we are allergic to and writing in pen of a pen-is. Not going back! Understaff. There were only dry towels in the room. We asked for other towels & we had to pick up clean towels everyday we stayed instead of being brought to the room. Also, the towels & bed sheets were not clean. The walls were dirty. The tub did not drain properly when taking a shower. The drain was so bad to where the water was at least to our ankles. Thought I got a deal but got an horrible experience Went st louis for the first time and was excited to see the city. Found the deal and should have realized that the hotel deal was to good to be true. The room smelled like smoke when we first walked in but went away when we cut on the air conditioning. The bed had no comforter and it was not available when requested. House keeping only came two of the four days I stayed. The room was not cleaned properly. 10 days without cleaning, very low maintenance
had gallons of water on the bathroom floor in the morning from the ceiling.
