Not clean. Super small bed. The draw is not clean. The bed is too small. Poor food at breakfast. Ac is to loud. Bad management. Assign you a wrong room twice. Not safe.

Nightmare!!!!!!! First of all when we checked in and went to room, dead bug onbathroom floor. Condition in room terriable, it waa a dirty room not cleaned very good. I was in st.louis for 2days, weUy stayed gone have the time, it was by my surprise that there was not a desk clerk on duty 24 seven. Very unhappy will never stay at a Extented stays no where.

Would never stay at the extended stay They was close after i got there no one would answertherephone i got there around 11 30 pm the doors were lock i slept in ,y truck until 4 am when i say a car.pulling upand some one went inside the office the office guy was very rude he told me they are close at 11 pm and he dont take people in until 7. Pm but he had to charge me 48 dollars again and he ask for my credit card which i gave. Spend the extra $ for the La quinta Inn next door. The outside of the building looked fine.The lobby is super small so you can only fit about 5 people in there. There is only one unhappy employee working the desk. It takes about 10 minutes to check in. Also, just stairs so you will have to carry all your luggage up 3 flights of stairs if get a top floor room. The doors are on the outside. The people there were so sketchy. Just say no From the second I arrived, I knew I had made a horrible choice. Doors are on the outside of the building, something that scares me. No one was in the office, instead I had to call for someone to come meet me using their version of a pay phone. When the woman opened the door and checked us in, we got our luggage and were met with people loitering on all floors outside their rooms and on the stairs. Very shady and unsafe feeling. Extended stay As soon as I got there I wanted to cancel my reservation and find a new place to stay. The hotel was very dirty and in a very scary neighborhood. I locked myself in my room and wouldn't recommend going out After Dark there.

horrible experience It took 40 minutes to check in at almost midnight. The new gm broke down and told me he cleaning crew quit, and there were no clean rooms. While she tried to get me into a sister property down the street, no one answered the phone there. After breaking down two more times and spreading to hotels.com she found me a room which felt gross.
