Beyond disgusting! I should have known at such a cheap price, "too good to be true" was certainly the case here. I have never stayed in a more disgustingly dirty hotel room. Thank goodness I was visiting relatives who gave me a set of sheets to place over their sheets. The room had food/drink marks/smudges on tables and bedside furniture, a piece of pizza crust under the bed,dirty bathroom countertop, toilet,mirrors and shower. Abysmal Would never save money to stay at one of these places again. Booked for a wedding I was attending close by. Didn't arrive until 4 am (you know how weddings can be), and the office was closed. Marked me as a no show when someone finally showed to the office. Room wasn't ready... Because there was someone in it. The attendant showed me to the room because she wanted to make sure it was clean. Put the key in, and opened the door to see other people in there. Horribly awkward. Don't arrive after midnight Arriving after midnight, I expected a quick check in and a good night sleep. To my surprise, there was a note at the front door to call an outside phone. I did so, just to wait 20min with no one picking the phone. While on the line, I used my cell phone to call the hotel. A person did pick up and told me all rooms are sold out. Want my money back The room looked picture perfect but the housekeeping was just HORRIBLE!!! Hair was everywhere. The bathroom was just nasty and the kitchen needed a wipe down as well. I was very unhappy and I just couldn't rest in that room. I left early that next morning and would never, ever stay there again.

It's what's on the inside that counts.. Don't be fooled by the pictures online. This hotel had so many upsets. Especially when it came to cleanliness. The process to check in was long. We arrived at about 10pm and were turned down because they do their auditing every night around that time. We had to wait 20 minutes and when we came back there were four other people in the room also waiting. We were there for 40 minutes waiting. Won't return This place looks nice in the pictures but it wasn't so nice when we checked in. Desk light didn't work. Kitchenette was very beat up and damaged. The fridge looked like it fell off the back of a truck. There was no blanket on the bed, only a sheet and the bedspread! There was soap in the bathroom but no shampoo. There was a shower curtain that should have been on the outside of the tub but no liner - so it was floating in the tub as you showered. Strange place. Not Very Good This hotel had stains and stuff in the bed covers. It was gross and the bed was as hard as a rock. The sheets were also very poor quality and very scratchy. I don't think I would ever stay here again.
