All Broken We had to go to 4 rooms because so many things were either broken or not working in the first 3. Bathroom door handles, sink handles missing, phones broken or missing, lock on door missing, 1/2 the lights burnt out, the list went on and on. I do not think the manager of this facility cares much for his hotel. These are things that can easily me fixed and should have been caught by housekeeping or someone.

No too bad Was an ok experience. Had to switch rooms because the air/ heat didn't work. Beds were a twin size so not that comfortable.

Do Not Go Here The hotel was the worst hotel I have ever been too. The hotel surroundings felt very unsafe. My wife actually put a chair in-front of the door. The room was extremely dirty. There was a booger above our headboard. The bathtub was so dirty that it had black soap scum so thick we had to put a towel down so we didn't have to step on the soap scum. I had a very horrible experience. Someone was banging my door at midnight at 12:00. From the wondow, I saw three of them walking and running. When I called receptionist, she said it was her.

Never Again When we arrived the woman over the counter was really rude and nasty. One we finally got our room after 20 minutes cone to find out our was dirty. After calling and advising the front desk she provides another room. This room was already in use by someone else. After abusing her of this we finally get another room that has been lived in. Worst hotel experience ever.

Disappointing Stay The extended stay concept is supposed to be that you have the ability to prepare your own meals... Not possible with the lack of cookware and utensils. Beds were noisy and uncomfortable. Lots of noise from other rooms. I wouldn't waste my money on this place.

cheap room from expedia We checked in late and the hotel staff had no idea how to check a guest in from expedia. We were tired all we wanted to do was go to sleep it took more than 20 minutes to check in, and we were the only ones in the lobby! Awful experience, and it was even worse to walk in to a disgusting room. The floor looked like it had blood stains on it and dirty dirty room! Horrible experience we will never stay at an extended stay ever again!
