Dirty Rooms and Thin Walls The first room I checked into had not been cleaned. There were hairballs and towels on the floor and no sheets on the bed. The phone was missing. At my request they provided a second room; however, this room wasn't much better. There was no shampoo, lotion, or soap in the bathroom. The toilet was missing the lid. The room smelled stale with cigarette smoke even though it was a "non-smoking" room. The only bedding was a thin fitted sheet over the mattress and a flat sheet. Terrible customer service I rented a room for 24 days and got cleaned once. When I called to ask the front desk about it they said they clean the rooms and change the sheets every seven days. I had to take my sheets to the laundromat because it never happened, I marked the sheets and the same ones were are always there. A friend let me tomorrow a vacuum cleaner so I can vacuum the floor and I bought a broom Nd cleaning supplies so I could clean up. I will need another extended room for the next 3 to 6 months in the St. Louis... read more

Second Stay was Horrible This was the second time my husband and I have stayed in this hotel. It is in a nice location allowing us to explore many different areas of St. Louis. However, this time the stay was a horrible experience. The room was not very clean, the sink was backed-up, and there was little toilet paper left in the room. We actually ran out of toilet paper and called the hotel staff about getting more. convenient location I booked online via a web site for hotels. The location was fine...about 25 minutes from the brewery and 15 from the zoo. They provided a breakfast of muffins, granola bars, apples, and coffee/hot chocolate. It is grab it and go- literally. I was glad we woke up early and grabbed breakfast. Terrible Place to Stay One of worse Commercial Hotel properties I have stayed at. Dirty, cold and drafty rooms. I was moved from 1 dirty room to another. Kitchen area had food crumbs in the drawers. Dirt in the floor corners. Insects behind refrigerators. Room doors not insulated letting cold air inside keeping the room cold despite heating on full. Poor room maintenance. Door security locks broken and off doors. Problem resolution by management poor and ineffective... Just an old, unkept, poorly managed Hotel property.

When me and my new husband got to the hotel, we had no towels or washcloths in the room. We went to the office and they said they didn't have any to give to us. We went back up there to the office, all they gave us was 2 towels and one washcloth, never gave us a hand towel, soap or anything. The next day we thought that housekeeping would come in and at least change out the towels, it never happened and we had to go through the office again, with the same "we don't have any towels right now". Dirty, and filthy! Please, for your own sake find somewhere else to stay. My experience at this Extended Stay was Horrible, and the only plus side being that they did refund my money in full. Upon the night of my arrival, we found that the pillows we're dirty with yellow stains, the bed cover's we're stained and the kitchen area nor the bathroom we're not clean. Very Bad Hotel Experience The hotel room size was ok. The room had a bad smell, the heating/air conditioning system was very bad, the complete front of the unit was off when we entered the room and we had to figure out how to fix the problem before we could use the unit, there were cobwebs with dead insects in the closet area, cobwebs were also over the bathtub, the bottom of the shower curtain had mold and mildew that appeared to have been there for quite a while, some of the towels in the bathroom had stains; there were al... read more
