Checked Into a Dirty Room My son and I came in late at night and wanted to check-in quickly to go to bed. Unfortunately, the front desk wasn't interested in doing anything quickly. After a slow process, I got my room keys and went up to the third floor only to find out the unit was dirty. I had to go back down. Thankfully the front desk worker resolved the issue with a new clean room and a quiet apology. The place is otherwise well kept and everything in my studio seemed new and updated. Convenient place to stay The staff was nice. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. I've stayed here before and it seems they've improved quite a bit. Would stay again.

Just don't do it This was not a great stay for me. Initially it looked like the hotel was just not in a fabulous area, which is fine. The room appeared to be clean when I first walked in. After driving 11 hours the first thing I did was get into bed. After waking up a few hours later in the middle of the night, I realized my face was directly on the mattress. Turns out, the sheets were too small for the bed and slipped halfway off, and the waterproof cover had not been zipped up, so it got pulled back with the sheets. So gro... read more
