I really hope this one stays clean, in price and doesn’t become like most of the hotels in FL where they allow smoking everywhere
We were able to get dishes and utenuto have dinner in the room. Breakfast choices were meager.
Breakfast at the lobby is a grab & go coffee and packaged baked goods. But extended stay rooms have a fridge, stove top & microwave and this location has an ihop style restaurant next door.

Breakfast had little to be desired but the rest was great

After the shock of the pet fee at check-in that wasn’t disclosed during the booking process and the first room smelling of smoke and a pet had peed on the corner of the bed the staff moved us into a different room that was clean but lacked the basic amenities.

Don't count on anything for breakfast. A few small granola bars and lukewarm water for hot drinks. The room was clean. They allow pets but the pet fee is $25 a day per pet. No seating space for eating or drinking--it's grab and go, if you get there early enough to grab.
