Location is great for the Valencia & Newhall side of Santa Clarita. Convenient fast food and even grocery stores if needed. Parking can be iffy because there is no security that I could see.

Everything was great,
Room was clean, parking was O. K. Air worked well. T. V. Caused problems. Needed help to get it to work. No ammenities. No coffee in the morning, no coffee maker in the room. Hallways were darker than i like, carpet in the hallway was badly worn and dingy.

Very clean!
Room was clean but dated. Breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal and coffee. No hair dryer had to go out and buy one. Would not return.
