Quiet, clean, friendly, nice common areas, easy to work with staff. I’m glad I came here! So far the best hotel I’ve been in the Kansas City, Kansas area. Even my kitty, Pinto Bean, loves it here! Definitely could even call this your little home if you wanted!

The location is excellent, near Kierland in Scottsdale, but it is cheaper than other hotels nearby for a good reason. When I arrived to check in, there was a sign that said back in a few minutes. I think I waited there about 20 minutes. I assume she was on a smoke break, because I saw her outside smoking again later. The room was clean, but it wasn't designed well. The door to the bathroom hits the toilet. Ok if you are trying to save money.

There was nothing in the kitchen. Breakfast was pre packaged muffins and coffee. We stayed 3 nights. The hall carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time and wasn't vacuumed while we were there. That was gross.

Yes laundry is on-site so we can do our own laundry when it's convenient for us. There are shops, banks, restaurants gas stations everything is nearby.
