Room smelled musty (cigarettes? ). Bed was uncomfortable. Looks like some people actually live there.

This is a somewhat tired, but clean and pleasant, facility whose staff go the extra mile to accommodate. The kitchen 'things' are a la carte. You tell the staff if you want dishes etc...all carefully explained on a card. We wanted something to heat water for tea that didn't reek of coffee and they complied. We asked for a toaster...and it was immediately available. We needed a second chair, which was not quickly available, and a staff member brought a folding chair from his own home...so we ended up with 3 chairs and the cou... read more
