Nasty dirty, damaged blinds, huge rust stains in the bathtub and the water at 7 am was luke warm for a shower.

I walked in the room when I arrived, one of the lights, the smoke detector and another type of monitor that was on the ceiling was hanging and broken. Our room smelt like a mix of body odor and axe body spray. Our towels did not look clean and had a smell to them. I had to go to the front and ask for more towels. Which they gave immediately. It smelled terrible in the room like mold/mildew. The facility is old and I just could not rest due to the horrible smell. It seemed to be in an unsafe area with suspicious activities. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows instantly went flat. Wish I was refunded for this awful experience. I feel like I got sick from the room.
It wasnt clean and i had to wait like 30 minutes to check in after hours because we could not reach whoever was supposed to be at the front desk. I wouldnt begin to talk about the state of our room
The entrance was not very welcoming. Elevator not working. Both myself n husband handicapped impaired mobility.
Be aware of this H This hotel is not for families! We lost our money and went to another hotel. Stay away from it if you are traveling with your loved ones. Even if I was traveling alone I'd be worried of staying there.
There was no one at the front desk when I arrived to check in. I had to call the receptionist. She was helpful. But the lobby, the hallway and room had a strong and unbearable smell of a household cleaner somewhat like bleach. I could not stay there, I had to cancel my reservation. I definitely will not recommend this establishment for anyone.
