Great staff. Very helpful and took care of any problems when needed. The facility does not meet the standards of other stays I have had with this brand.

Clark did not know what he was doing. Did not know how to speak to customers. The rooms were nasty bugs were in the room worst day ever.

Not a Happy Camper This was a suite with mini kitchen. However, there were no furnishing at all. no pots, pans, utensils, dishware, cups...nothing. The TV also did not work, wouldn't even turn on. And, I also had to kill a cockroach while eating my dinner.

The front desk was great but the room was very nasty. There was urine stain on the toilet seat. There was a roach walking on the floor in the room. The window shade was broken.

Curtain with a hole to the street. TV on on high volume until 2 am. No shampoo on the shower. Phone no answers by reception to deal with noice.
