Arrived..sign at desk said they were sold out contact third party for refund.manaher on duty says they have told expedia they have no rooms but they continue to book.still waiting on my refund.me n my family had to sleep at a rest area in the car due to the event in the city all hotels were sold out

When we got there ..Roaches walking around during the day i only imagine how bad during the day..Horrible smell...hallway and the rooms, holes in the wall..instantly requested a refund...still no refund 5days later

I showed up on day of to check in and they informed me they would not be able to honor my reservation or refund the money.
