Roach Motel This was the worst hotel experience I have had. The hotel (and the room) smelled like smoke and me and my kids killed close to 10 roaches. We arrived after midnight and there was nobody at the reception (not a big deal at all, I understand why they have the system they have). We called a number from the reception phone and a gentleman came over to check us in. bad night Absolutely bad, we got in at 12:15 a.m. from a 5 hour drive from Sarasota Florida and had to call after hours number to check in...45 minutes and 3 to 4 calls later someone shows up to check us in. We get to our room which had the worst smell, roaches, and looked like bed bugs so we agreed to get a 2nd room only to have urine stains and more roaches in this room. It's now almost 1:40 a.m. and we're exhausted but now have to leave and drive around Tallahassee to find another room at almost 2 a.m. I've been going to ... read more

Missed Opportunity The hotel is in a great location and priced to dominate the market. The operating plan is to do as little as possible to clean it and make it attractive for the customers. The general manager on duty appeared to do her best job at customer service but must be hampered by ownership. The place was roach infested and odoriferous. Too smokey for a non smoker. I feel sorry for the staff involved in this wasted opportunity.

My Stay There are too many pets here. Pet owners do not respect the fact that they aren't the only persons paying their money to live at this hotel and they allow their pets to urinate on hall and elevator floors and the staff have to be told they need to clean it up. I believe pets should not be allowed on the premises.

You can hear anything form any part of the building .Poor insulation This is NOT a hotel but an appartment cheap appartment building

Musky in room,carpet needs changing The room was musky.First we thought it was the room closed and the Ac off but all night it was horrible.Next day we ask for another room the clerk told us the hotel was booked out but they would clean the carpet.She offer us to cancel but we already booked 2 rooms with the family how could we go to another hotel.We came back at 11 pm hoping the smell would go away still the same.I hope no one gets that room.The place was clean.i forgot my ferbreze.Also the bathroom pipe dripped all night I... read more
