Upset about the stay It wasn't good arriving on site with randoms walking around that doesn't have reservations. The hotel didn't look anything like the site details as to comfort. The paint chipping and peeling in the room. Not allowed to get liens cleaned until the 14th checkout. There are no extra towels had to go purchase them for our week stay. Costly, no lobby, suite include fridge, stove and microwave however no pots, pans, dinnerware, cutlery, no glass in bathroom or kitchen. Would not recommend it.

They keep a copy of your drivers license and cannot assure you that it will ever be destroyed. Your room number is announced at checkin, a high breech in security protocol. The sign in the room says that dishes, glassware, etc are included. But you have to pay extra for them. There are no blackout drapes and the light pours through the mini blinds all night long. The general manager, along with her staff, were very rude, will not speak, nor smile. Will not say thank you for staying at their hotel. My husband and I suffer from sinus/allergies the whole time staying there for the two weeks. The place was never fresh. Will never stay there again. Poor place to be.

Allergic to smoke and end up with smoking room, bed was lopsided, front desk took 30 minutes to come check me in after hours.
