This property was very dirty and very unsafe. I had to use the stairwell and in that stairwell it smelled like urine reeked of beer and had paraphernalia from different types of drugs. I was very disappointing. First extended-stay I’ve ever stayed at that’s freaked me out I was very discussing. I had some kind of bugs on my clothes in the bed was very uncomfortable like it had something inviting me while I was sleep.

This was ridiculous. We were coming in late called ahead. When got there it was just after midnight. They wouldn’t allow us to check in due to Some audit. We finally got a room by 5:30 am and we’re to check out at 11. We got them to give until noon so we couldn’t go to sleep. Nobody is helping this is annoying We want money back

Outside looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a few days, debris everywhere. Firstly, I booked a king room and got a double. Then, the elevator was broken, so with a baby, had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. Once we got to the room, a pile of trash was sitting outside our room, the fridge hasn’t been wiped out in im guessing a week. Then we had people arguing and physically fighting at midnight, they were banging the wall.

The elevator was not working. The couldn't find my reservation in the system. The hallway floors was nasty and our room wasn't cleaned good. First and last stay here. We we told after we booked in that there elevator were not working. That is something you should tell people before checking in.

Terrible stay The lift was not working got the room on 4th floor. Lot of music noises late in the night. Terrible stay. Not clean. Keep away from this

First, the elevator doesn't work. They put me on the 4th floor. Upon entering I found that the room had not been cleaned yet. Had to go back down four floors to tell them. They eventually got me a clean room. Found out that the elevator hasn't worked for over a month.

They make me go back and forward like 3 times to the room and the door was broke... calling front desk nobody answer the phone... inside the room was super dirty i got some pictures ... elevator was out of service... they changed my room and the new one the shower was super cold so i endeared spending $220 for 2 night...a lot problems in that hotel
