When I arrived, I was told that there were no rooms available, even though I had booked a few days prior. They said they had moved my reservation to another hotel several miles away, which is not where I wanted to be. I ended up canceling.
Room was clean, bathroom and toilet really dirty. I had checkout immediately.
Lady told me no rooms available and hung phone up on me. I still got charged for room anyway which caused myself and daughter to not have anywhere to stay and it was 2am in the morning!
No one at front desk, overbooked,charged twice Arrived at the front desk no one was there, only a sign with a phone number to call for service called hung up on, called again said would someone said they would come to help, thirty minutes later standing with other people, a lady arrived and said she was cleaning rooms. She then told me they were over booked and didn't have my room, and I was booked at another Extended Stay 20 minutes away. The smell of cigarette smoke in lobby, carpets are filthy really dirty and nasty, people were seating in the hallways on every floor charging and talking on there phones, people were outside of the property talk loudly on there cell phones. There were no sense of safety on the premise. I would not recommend this property
Stay away The hotel was very dirty. The elevator was not working. The furniture in the room was dirty and in poor condition. The toilet did not work. I would not recommend this hotel.
Elevators didn't work had to walk up 4 flights of stairs and shower didn't work
It was filthy, the elevator was down the staff was dirty as well as the room.
