This property is an “extended stay type Hotel” front desk closes and have to wait for someone to come help you after 7pm. Oir flight was late coming in, we arrive and was locked out of the lobby and had to call someone to com check us in, while waiting 20 plus mins because the lady had to walk down stairs cause the elevator was broken we saw multiple people hanging in the lot drinking and smoking. Elevator smell like burnt grease there is trash juice trails all the way through the carpet in the hallways it was very disgusting the people next to me were loud till one 2 o’clock in the morning banging on the walls it was horrible

IT WAS HORRIBLY DISGUSTING. I CHECKED IN AND CHECKED OUT 15 MINUTES LATER. MY FIRSR ISSUE WAS THE CLERK WAS AT THE DESK WITH THE BARRIER CLOSED WITH A SIGN THAT SAYS SHE WAS OUT ON THE PROPERTY. CALLED THE NUMBER ON THE SIGN, WAS DIRECTED TO LEAVE A VOICEMAIL. I THEN CALLED THE NUMBER ON THE BUSINESS CARD, WHEN SHE ANSWERED, I HEARD HER BEHIND THE SHUTTER. Not for business travelers This property is more of an extended residence than a hotel for a business person or traveler. The property does not even have a clothes iron. The full kitchen is nice but there are no utensils, so unless you are in the habit of bringing pots and pans with you, it is a waste of space. The front desk is rarely present and covered with a garage style roll down door. If you need a front desk person, you have to use a lobby phone, the one in the room didn't work. The property is convenient, located off the highway. Close proximity to restaurants, shopping centers and other amenities. Staff was courteous and friendly, as were other hotel patrons. The hotel is pet-friendly and patrons all seemed to use the pet area for animals to "handle their business." The price seems reasonable compared to other hotels in the vicinity. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the whole place smelled of cigarette smoke and other stale smells. We arrived at 3:05pm and their check in time is 3pm. However, we were told our room was not ready and we would have to wait a few minutes. We sat in the lobby and asked the desk staff how much longer after 15 minutes or so and she said she didn’t Ian’s that the cleaning staff were on my floor. Room was beat up and smelled in hall ways. Also elevator didnt work for a day. Was difficult walking up with bags.
