Furniture in room was torn and dirty made front desk aware, seem to not give any concern. Hey, Carpets are not just for vacuuming, they are also meant to have them shampooed, your carpet is gross! Do not worry I will sleep elsewhere! I have photos your place is NASTY!

The front desk staff was rude and the room had not been cleaned prior to arrival and the bathroom faucet barely ran.

I like the overall set up of the room however when i checked into the room the dust pan / broom was left in the room door was open/ wasn't clean we moved to a different room only to find similar uncleanness bed Lenin wasn't changed the hallway carperts / elevator were dirty the lounge chair needs replaced this once was a nice hotel but it needs to be renovated

It was a nightmare, toilet wasn't working. 3am was flooding bathroom floor i called talk to someone 3 times for help .plus down office 3 times .they were telling use can't do nothing until tomorrow morning .Nightmare 😒. Plus cops were there in am picking up someone..

The toilet didn’t work, took forever for maintenance to show up. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows sucked. But the staff was really nice.
