Well, everything was ok, but we had to stay more than one hour before getting in. Front door was close, no one to answer the interphone. Room was super clean, but elevator was out of service, we had to use the stairway. Thank you, Roberts

Filthy , no room sevice had to get towels , remade beds found urine stains and smell, drug deals going on in parking lot , leaving asap

Not a place for your family. Not a hotel for vacation with family. Rooms are cleaned every two weeks. It does not feel like a safe place to stay. Facilities are almost knew, but they will bw destroyed soon.

They have an infestation of bed bugs and ticks. I didn’t have no pets but my room was infested. Housekeeping come around every two weeks and to get clean towels you have to take your dirty ones to the receptionist to trade them out. Never again!
