Dirty floors and unfriendly staff My floor was filthy and I asked about getting it cleaned up and they told me I could mop it myself. I called guest relations and they never called me back. The manager was informed and never bothered to call me. I stayed last here last year with no problems. The one front desk associate that actually cared was Anthony. The rest of the associates don’t even bother to acknowledge anyone that walks in.

Very bad vibe, people, dirty! I stayed here a couple months ago and had a very bad experience, the manager credited my room and promised the next time would be better! Let’s just say I will never stay here again,

Walls too thin I like the design of the place but walls too thin floors too thin I could hear everything from the next room. Didn't sleep at all

Very clean and comfortable beds but no shampoo or hair dryer in unit. The only thing available in the morning was coffee.

We never made it inside the property. The property was locked and we had to pick up a phone to check in. When we tried checking in they told us that our two rooms with 2 double beds each were not available and that they would give us 4 rooms with 4 beds each. How do you leave your kids to sleep in a rook alone? How does a hotel over book like this? Good thing we found a near by hotel that took us in right away. They were just as shocked with our story.
