No enough staff on premises. Also your customer service Is terrible

Toilet ran all night and then completely stopped working. Noise from other guests could be heard from other rooms and in the hallway most of the night. Area was slightly less than desirable. Only stayed one night.

Great rooms and very new but not very clean One of the towels that was nicely folded and was supposed to be clean was dirty and had like pubic hair on it, i right a way contacted the receptionist to replace the towel and he said that he didn’t have anyone available that I could go down and bring that towel to replace for another one. The sheet on the bed had a little dirt stain too. Very disappointed because I have stayed there before and had an excellent experience but this last time was horrible.

Found cockroach and ants running over our both rooms. No room service, loud neighbors. Definitely not going back there.

just ok... Not much of a lobby. It clearly seemed that people were living there and not vacationing. The shower was good with really hot water, but the drain was slow. Not much soap or shampoo provided. Wood type flooring in room as opposed to carpet. Overall not bad, but not my choice of hotel going forward. Lots of people outside smoking and at one time smelled a strong odor of weed.

I had stayed here before when it had just opened. It has completely downgraded since, it's used mainly for people that are in town for work. The smell of weed and cigarettes is all over the hallway as soon as i got off the elevator the smell was so strong I had to asked to be moved to another floor, specially having a baby with me at that point i didn't even want to stay. Everything smells bad, i had to clean everything with alcohol and buy air refresher. Not for families that's for sure.

The check-in process was terrible. My shower had a super slow drain and made random noises off and on all night even when it was not being used.
