Hotel called me the same day of check in to tell me they over booked. They could not accommodate me to a near by hotel. I had to cancel and look for another hotel that same day.

The receptionist was very rude my room was not clean and smelled like mildew he argued and told me to go to another hotel it was horrible experience I will never go back I will go on social media and spread the wood

It was very clean and felt safe. I didn’t like how when I arrived at 4 in the morning I called the number for someone to come down to check me in and I waited 30 minutes and I called back multiple times and the lady continued to say she was coming but she had an attitude and didn’t even apologize when she finally came down. I was a late check in. I booked a 2 bed suite when I got to the room it was a 1 king with a pull out couch. There was no blankets or pillows for my kids. No one was at front desk, no one answered guest services. I had to give my kids the pillows and blankets from my bed, slept miserable al night. The next morning manager gave a credit of 25.00 for inconvenience.

The place is new and staff friendly, however they don't have an ice machine, they don't have the standard pots, pans or utensils for the kitchen, no dishes, cups or silverware (I was given paper plates and bowls and offered sets to BUY - $30 for kitchen stuff and $15 for dishes), they don't have a coffee maker in room, coffee in lobby doesn't come out till 7:30.
