The room smelled horrible upon arrival and it lingered the remainder of the stay. Location is great but the hotel wasn’t what I expected.

Won’t be staying there again!!! The service wasn’t the best, the person at the front desk didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. Once we made it to the room we saw giant cockroaches, i was grossed out but In dyer need of some rest.

I have stayed at this property in the past but it has definitely gone down hill. I checked in and was given my room keys. I carry all of my bags up to the room to find out the room has not been cleaned. Dirty towels on the floor, trash filled in the trash can, bed not made, etc. I go back down to the front desk and am given another room assignment. I go back upstairs to find out the keys don't work. We decided not to stay there. The bed was so small and my husband and myself are no midgets. And they had no room with a king bed. They gracefully refunded the money. And we looked elsewhere with hotels.com. In that respect the service was good.

This was far one of the worst stays and I travel monthly and I will never stay here again I hated the entire stay
