Checked in just to find out elevator was down, room was filthy only mopped, woman’s hair everywhere in bathroom, humidity was so bad in room the beds were wet, sheets had blood on them, was left no soap for bathroom Overall a terrible experience and disgusting

No ADA rooms, no working elevator. The elevator was not working no ADA rooms available. The entire hotel reeks of pot. Pillows are very uncomfortable. Very loud!

Terrible experience We checked in late but had to wait almost 30 minutes for an attendant. The elevator was broken so my 79 year mom and I had to walk up to the 3rd floor. The room was missing a sofa bed and had nothing in it as far as amenities. The carpets in the hall were disgusting. I am asking for a refund.

The staff is rude, the elevator is always broken, the hallways smells, poor wifi connection the tv just blanks out you have to unplug it then wait for it to reboot there are people sitting in the parking lot all times of day and night in lawn chairs. The staff has very nasty attitudes.
