I had someone break into my room and instead of ensuring my safety the front desk made me leave with the intruder

Great place to stay if you like filth! The elevator was not functioning for most of my stay, and when it was working the interior of the elevator was filthy. It did appear to have been mopped in months. The public areas of the hotel overall were not very clean at all.

This was the worst hotel experience ever!! I didn’t even stay! The smell of the hotel and the smell of the room was didgusting!!! I ended up leaving immediately!!! This establishment looks more like a shelter than a hotel!!! The check-in process is unorthodox for a hotel! Never, EVER using Extended Stay again!! Totally DISGUSTED!!!

The elevator was stained with animal urine and smelled horrendous. My room smelled like spray paint and the refrigerator doors were really sticky with what I thought was a spilled liquid. However attempting to clean the sticky residue was unsuccessful. It turns out it was sticky from the touch up spray paint that had melted the plastic on the door. Might as well stay under a bridge. Customer service was good. but the room itself was awful it smell the towels had hair on them didn’t feel comfortable at all.
