I had to change rooms 3 times for poor conditions. This hotel has roaches.

Place was dirty, it had roaches, the sofa was damaged and dirty

Disappointed Things to note: -front desk closes at 10:00pm. After which you need to call in and wait for the on call employee to come check you in. -there is no coffee maker in room or in lobby. In fact you must pay extra for a kitchen utensil set ($30) or kitchen ware ($20). -our TV did not work and when we called we were told there was no maintenance worker on site. Overall very disappointed. We really should have spent the extra $$ and stayed elsewhere.

Will NEVER stay at an Extended Stay again . Second or third chance was given , no improvement , that was last chance !

The Floors in the room was oily and dirty, the smell was disgustingly.

The floors were dirty, tub and its fixtures were not clean and there were roaches in the bathroom and kitchenette area.

A Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing Looked nice from outside, area seemed good with many things in area for food choices. When we checked in the staff had to go upstairs to check if the room was properly cleaned. It appeared ok but as we settled in it was “meh”. A single chair to sit on, a kitchen type chair. Fine for one, but there were two of us. A large empty space for a couch or love seat, but no, just empty. The corners of the room were unclean, cobwebs in ceiling corners as well.
