awful experience We gave our credit card information to hold the room & when we got there to check in there was ZERO rooms available. The guy at the counter snickered at us & said YOU (as in Travelocity) overbooked the hotel AGAIN. So we had to call numerous other hotels at close to midnight to find a room.

Roach Hotel. Room was full of roaches. Don't stay there.

ROACH hotel. Room had hundreds of ROACHES in the room. Never stayed. Got a refund for the 4 nights I booked there.
Roach Invasion After waiting about 40 minutes for someone to help us, the lady who came to check us in smelled like a bar. She had a strong oder of cigarettes and alcohol. The room we stayed in, 323, was infested with roaches. I understand hotels have roaches, but crawling all over the walls and under the beds is a little much. Also, The toilet had unflushed feces at the bottom of the bowl. Even though we stayed one night, our visit was less than satisfactory.

Nasty One word... Roaches! Lots and lots of roaches. If your lonely and looking for something to talk to then this is the place. Seriously, I killed 4 the first day and 3 the next. could't sleep because every 5 min I thought something was crawling on me.

Whole hotel smelt like smoke including room Would never stay there again hotel dirty waited at front desk for 25 minutes for someone to check me in.

Never again There was no ice machine. Very uncomfortable beds. And a very noisy location.

Infestation We stayed one night and arrived late afternoon. I killed 5 roaches during our short stay as we left early the next morning. I let the management know about the roaches and told them we would never stay there again!
