Their customers are not their priority I booked my room a couple weeks before my travel date and never once received notification that there might be a problem. After picking up my rental and grabbing a bite to eat, I arrived at about 10:30 pm. As I entered the lobby I see a roll up door over the reception area indicating that they were closed. Overrated The heat did not work, the water in the tub did not get warm yet alone hot. The locks on the entry doors did not work. Just horrible!

Living on the edge Room was not cleaned except 3 days before checking out. I stayed for 3+ weeks I would not let my wife stay there by herself. I got what I payed for. I would stay again for the same price ($25/night) but that offer is not available anymore. I travel for work and need to stay in Tuscaloosa from Monday to Friday's

Floors were dirty & sticky. Elevator was filthy. Bed was uncomfortable. No coffee pot.

College Tour Stay We stayed at another place for our first night and should've stayed there. This place was almost double the price (140 versus 80), not as comfy, there was a lingering odor and we spotted 2 roaches. Too bad we couldn't cancel bc it was same day. Also, they called so we wouldn't come early because rooms weren't ready. Wifi cost an extra $3 bucks and no free breakfast like the other place. Sorry never again

Value Should Include Quality I was expecting Extended Stay quality instead got a no frills hotel with a pest problem. Since the hotel allows smoking, the common areas: lobby, elevator, stairwell, and snack machine areas, smelled like smoke. Don't expect any housekeeping service during your stay. The pests (roaches) and smoke are the main reasons my family and I will not stay here again.

Our room was horrible, the bed was ridiculously uncomfortable, there was roaches in the refrigerator and spiders in the bathroom,the guy in the font office was very rude, he had to make my room key multiple times to work on my door, not very sound proof at all;I could hear people running up in down the hallways! Overall it was a horrible stay and will never stay in another value place again!
