Extremely dirty. No staff after 8pm. Found stains all over sheets. Bsthroom sink had hairs and toothpaste stains
close to the University requested was a non-smoking room. the room was marked as such but was used as a smoking room. Even after I scrubbed it, the smelt awful.
Horrible check-in!! We had communicated that we'd be late arrivals, were told how to call on the house phone, given that the desk closed at 10pm, and then could not teach anyone to check us in. We had pre-paid reservations, as did the others trying, with us, to get in. It was a horrible end to a very long day of travel. Very disappointing.
Efficiency apartment - NOT a hotel This place was ok for what it was intended to be. However, it should not have been represented as a hotel. (take a note, hotels.com) It is more of an extended stay facility. Very Spartan. There was a kitchenette but it was worthless to us because there were no supplies at all other than one small bar of soap. Air conditioning went out 2nd night room not clean Contacted management several times because air went out

What staff?? No staff member around at checkout. I'm still not sure if they got the key card or not. Checkout was at 11:00 and a phone recording said they were "closed" until 3:00
A smoky stay This hotel has paper thin walls and smells like smoke. At 5am, someone above us was doing construction or crossfit with weights for about 2 hours, and it woke us up. Although we had a non-smoking room, you can still smell smoke inside the building. I could smell it in the room. The bed is very thin and uncomfortable. We left the hotel unrested and achy. This hotel houses extended stay customers.
Service sucks Not very comfortable not good for a weekend stay
