Service is not good. when we checkin we already notified front desk we need some dinnerware. we were told we will get a call when it is ready. We never got a call.
The hotel staff was rude and unprofessional. The room was dirty and just about all the towels and bedding in the room were dirty, stained, and very worn. I would not stay here again.
Smelled like an ashtray The reviews for this hotel said rooms were clean and comfortable... I arrived late so had no choice but to stay. The entire place is broken down and room was old and smelled like smoke. Never stay at this chain.
Close enough to DC Wouldn't know where to even begin; from the old food in the sink drain when I arrived to the putrid smell on the couch to the lack of clean towels for almost 24 hours (the list goes on and on and on); overall terrible stay and possibly the worst I've stayed at yet.
