The cleaner needs to stop knocking on he door,be for check out time rushing us out.its not right. Knocking a hour before check out is wrong.
Poor Quality Rooms were very unclean, both sets of sheets in the room were soiled. Took 45 minutes to get a new set. Poor service, go to the next option.
NEVER AGAIN!!! I will never ever stay here or another Extended Stay EVER AGAIN!! Went to my room and was dirty never ever cleaned trash all over the place, beds not made. Went to lobby to mention of the mess I walked into then went to a new room which was infested by bed bugs. Requested for refund and still waiting for it!!
I enjoyed the style of the room. But wen I woke up the next day. I had bedbugs bites all over my arms and back. I reported it the front-desk staff plus show the bug , and. Took pics also. No one from Exstended stay (Town center) has contact me yet.
Don't do it I woke with roaches on bed. Terrible, the last time I used the hotel they ran out of toilet paper in the middle of the night. Hotwire has to refund my money.
Very dirty, rooms only got cleaned once a week and I was only there three days. We never got bed changes or towels.
We showed up at 10:10pm to check in, but No one was there to check us in. I had to call an attendant from a phone they provided outside. We had to wait 15 minutes for someone to finally show. Check in took so long, finally done by 10:40. It should never take 30 minutes from arrival to finally get into the room, especially when there's no one ahead of you.
