Had to leave job called there for 1 hour and they wouldn't give a credit
Regrets, Regrets. Horribly maintained, poor condition, uncomfortable place to stay. The wall mounted air conditioner smelled burning elements and we had to turn it off and leave the windows open.
The hotel overall did not give me good vibes at all. The front desk staff were not that great. The property was not clean.
Nightmare Had to request another bed because it rocked when I say on it and I thought I was gonna fall on the floor. No extra pillows or blanks. There was so much dust and cobwebs....it was horrible. Don't waste your money
Very dirty The first room we got was extremely dirty. The second room was a little better but still not good enough. We didn't get room service until the day we were checking out, meaning we had to clean everything on our own. Would not stay there again.
This place is so filthy and smell bad This hotel is a worst place I ever stay, the front desk person have so bad attitude, we drove 4 hours from NJ to Maryland, very tired when we arrived to this hotel, but the front office have no bathroom or water that we can have white he slowly register us in, the front entrance look like social security office, only one small room with one person counter, standing so uncomfortable, finally we get in to the room, it not just so dirty and filthy, the bathroom sink over flows it's so nasty... read more
Filthy Room -You get what you pay for! I stayed at ESA due to problem with my HVAC unit. I checked in on 8/12/16. When I arrived in the room the bathroom sink was clogged. I was unable to brush my teeth wash my hands or anything in the rest room. I went to hop in bed pulled back the covers and the sheets has blood stains on them. I pulled back the sheets and the mattress pad looks and smells recently soiled.
