The tub was not cleaned very well. The rug was very dirty. Need to keep up with the house keeping

Limpieza de las Habitaciones. Recibimiento . Al llegar en la madrugada no habia nadie en la recepcion. Tube que llamar al telefono del hotel para que viniera la persona encargada. Llegada 2:30 am el avion se atrazo por el tiempo. Nunca limpiaron el cuarto en los 5 dias . se le comunico a la persona de limpieza en le pasillo y nos indico que fueramos a la recepcion. I liked that it had a kitchenette but didn't use it because I wasn't expecting it. So I ate out. The table top in the kitchenette was not cleaned very well. Drippings from the last guest using it. Also the bathtub/shower had a large rust spot on the bottom near the drain. And the tile walks had some issues. It needs repairs. But overall the bed and other areas of the room were clean. Most of the staff is so rude and they say they dont have pots and pans than after i complain they go to the back and get them for me. Never give enough towels. Overall rude
