It was ok... Requested a smoking room and was told there is a discrepancy between Expedia's website reservation and what they see on the computers at the hotel, so was not given a smoking room as originally paid/planned for. Also, there was an issue with the television(s) where they were automatically shutting off every minute or two. Asked the front desk and told me there was nothing they could do as it was the weekend and would've been near impossible to call the handyman; included since I only had a day left on my reserv... read more
Mixed experience Tash can wasn't emptied. Carpet looked like no one vacuumed. Bathroom and bed were clean.
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the location is great, within distance from shopping center, fats food and restaurants
Comfortable stay No major complaints! Appreciated having the little kitchen and refrigerator for our five day stay. It was also very close to many restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy. (Good coffee at breakfast! Variety of other items to pick up and go!) The parking got crowded on the side we were on sometimes but we really didn't have to walk far. The office staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for the price!
Nice hotel secluded from the crowds It was an amazing location and the staff was incredible, accommodating in every way possible. Would've been nice to have the room aerosoled or something from the previous occupant, but can't expect much more considering I am a smoker as well. Did need a new ashtray, there were none in the room. Would definitely recommend and the amenities provided was above and beyond (I mean a full kitchen setup with a full-size refrigerator). Comfortable and affordable. Nice area. Surrounded by nice restaurants and plenty things to do. I would recommend this place.
Won't go back Not much of a breakfast at all. Beds hard and pillows flat. Not very good value.
