Don't expect a big breakfast, or an elevator Upon checking in, the desk clerk told me breakfast would be served on a table in the lobby and pointed to a table behind me. The table was about 18 by 36 inches, extremely small to serve breakfast to a motel this size. I was in shock when he told me this and at first I thought he may be joking. Need Improvement at This Property Extremely poor front desk support. Non-responsive to simple requests and poorly staffed. The room was OK, but smaller than past stays at this hotel brand. I found that simple things such as a hair blower were missing from the room and the bathroom sink clogged. The room was clean and presentable.

It was ok... Requested a smoking room and was told there is a discrepancy between Expedia's website reservation and what they see on the computers at the hotel, so was not given a smoking room as originally paid/planned for. Also, there was an issue with the television(s) where they were automatically shutting off every minute or two. Asked the front desk and told me there was nothing they could do as it was the weekend and would've been near impossible to call the handyman; included since I only had a day left on my reserv... read more

Mixed experience Tash can wasn't emptied. Carpet looked like no one vacuumed. Bathroom and bed were clean.
