dirty but cheap I personally had to wipe down wall in bathroom, and all counters and cabinets, after a couple of days I notice something under the air conditioner on the floor, I had seen strange burns in the carpet, (Like had been burnt by a hot tube), the thing under the AC unit turned out to be a CRACK PIPE. I immediately put in the trash and took the trash to the dumpster. Other than right price, I would never stay at this hotel again.

Stay by necessity, not by choice. This place really caters to small families who are staying in the DC area or transiting. The other obvious population were construction workers.

Dirty but close to Dulles. If you are looking for a hotel close to Dulles, this is it. However, the rooms weren't clean. If you use the kitchenette, you will have to clean and wash all dishes before use. The walls are paper thin so hopefully you don't have noisy neighbors. My husband was watching TV while I took a shower and the manager called saying that we were being to loud.

Sorry. Not good. The only positive was the clerk that checked us in. He even pulled a map off the computer to help me find an office I needed to get to. The room was very cramped, furniture old, food splashed on wall behind sink and mildew in bath tub. I wouldn't stay there again.

Filthy Our room was non smoking but it smelled of smoke and we even found a cigarette butt in one of the cupboards. We got in late and there was nobody to greet us. After waiting 15 minutes a guy arrived to let us in. Half of the room started shaking for no good reasonin the middle of the night. The towels had stains and the soap scum left from the previous visitor was still there. Not even worth the low price First off, I stood in the lobby to check in for over 5 mins at 1 in the morning, when no one was there and I could hear the clerk right around the corner. He wouldn't answer when I asked for some help. Finally got into a non smoking room, which had clearly been smoked in, it was not the room I had reserved. Barely Basic It was an excellent price for the neighborhood and the young man at the desk was very friendly and polite. However, 3 out of 4 lamps in the room did not work (burned-out bulbs) and the shampoo bottle was already half empty. Nothing life-threatening, but a little annoying.
