Nem mesmo o custo beneficio compensou. Condicao geral do hotel muito ruim. Embora limpo, o quarto era muito velho com equipamentos e moveis velhos. Para compensar o custo beneficio, deveria ser muito mais barato!

トイレの水が勝手に流れる。 立地はダレス空港の近くで非常に便利でした。しかし部屋に入ると、トイレの水が勝手に流れる、(自室だけでなく近隣の部屋で)シャワーを使うと壁が振動するなど部屋の設備には問題を感じました。

A funny thing happened on the way to the airport! This hotel served the purpose of providing a bed for the night. A very nice, courteous, & accomodating young man was on duty. I had never stayed at a Homestead, so I had no idea of what to expect. I didn't know that these were smoking rooms. I didn't 't know that next to nothing was supplied. Thankfully the clerk let us look at three available rooms and chose the least offensive. A gas station with a Subway was close, so we were able to get food and beverages. Bad Condition was bad. Room smells terrible not cleaned. No shutter bus, frontdesk ordered expencive taxi.

Close to airport but right under planes! Close to the airport but planes fly right overhead so very noisy at times in the day. Night is okay. Just for sleeping, okay. Room is VERY small. No refrigerator or safety box for valuables.

Extended Stay America has got to do better I refused to take possession of the first room I was given. The bathroom was awful. The condition of the next room was marginally better. Found several dead flies on the walls, only one eye of the cooktop worked. I've found cleanliness to be an issue with the Extended Stay America chain. Refrigerator door pocket handles missing, bottoms of bathroom doors rotting away, stains on walls, bathtubs with mold and stains. Great Service, not so great room I arrived at my room about 2am, the staff was helpful in getting me checked into my room. The bed was not very clean caused it smelled really bad. Will not use again.
