hotel was actually a MOTEL no one came to clean our room EXCEPT when it was time to check out and they came 2 hrs early might I add

We do provide housekeeping for the guests; however, the rooms get cleaned once a week for guests staying for 8 or more nights only. A very bad experience Well when my husband and I first arrived we were greeted by two inebriated people hanging out on the bench that was next to the front door of the lobby. They warned us about the desk clerk by saying that he had already gone to bed so he would be mad that he would have to get up to check us in. They told us to use the phone outside of the door to call him. The desk clerk showed up 10 minutes later after a very uncomfortable situation standing outside waiting with two very inebriated people. For the price - I expected more Everything you expect in other hotels you have to pay extra for here. They are updating and check in staff were nice. Want you room picked up, garbage removed, towels exchanged... You pay more. You want coffee maker, pots/pans and cooking things - more money. Why can other hotels offer these things without added money.

Business trip Hotel is under renovation and there was no mention of that when I was booking. Rusty fridge, moldy smell, very uncomfortable. Had to find another hotel.

Ill never Extend my Stay again. I checked in late Friday night, after 11pm and was startled to find the person working the evening shift was miserable and grumpy. After traveling for several hours it was very disappointing not to even get a smile from the staff. I was supposed to have a nonsmoking room reserved for me but when I walked into my room the smell of smoke nearly knocked me on the floor. Never stay at this hotel again The bathroom had someone long hair over the floor an toilet. The room was very small for the price. Very few channels on the tv. I asked for a nonsmoking room but it still smell like smoke. Hardly any breakfast it was more of snacks,.

Unclean room. Called early to inform staff I would check in very late. Upon check in found room very dirty. Bad sheets were not changed and bedding and towels were on the floor.
