No frills. Used for an overnight at Dulles. No shuttle.

Gross Hair should not be in the microwave and the table and other surfaces needed wiping

Room is clean but they have a problem with ants an I would not recommend the hotel because it seems more like a truck stop than anything else. Hotel is filled with local truckers and local state highway employees. Unable to credit a refund at front desk had to go back to Travelocity to get a refund for one night.

Bunk with Roaches One word, roaches. And I had a hard time getting a refund when cancelling my stay.

Will do in a pinch..... The internet service is a pain to use when you need it to be high speed. The air conditioner is a window/wall unit and leaked into the room.

WORST STAY EVER!!!!! Worst stay ever!!!!! stay away from this hotel. This was the worst experience of hotel stay I ever had. The staff - a lady was extremely rude. The hotel rooms smelt very bad. Even after placing multiple requests the hotel room was not changed and no one paid attention. I literally spent sleepless nights. Very expensive with an extremely poor quality of stay. DO NOT waste your money.

Filthiest room The air conditioners didn't work. The air was filled with dust and mold, I have never stayed in a worse hotel room, ever. I am on my third day off of work due to illness from this place- looks like walking pneumonia. I now have a list of homeless shelters I'll keep with me- they would be an upgrade

Stay Here if it's only your last resort! We missed our evening flight out of Dulles by five minutes because of two major traffic accidents on the way to the airport.. Required to spend the night near the airport. Every hotel within seven miles of Dulles was fully booked except for Extended Stay America (ESA). Our choice was to stay there or sleep in the airport.
